I suppose there are some kinds out there that don't have cheese, and they might even taste good, but to me a pizza is a good crust, red sauce, lots of cheese and maybe a little pepperoni, a little onions....you're making me rethink my dinner plans! With cheese of course! The first few pizza's invented contained this and i think it is just as important than even the sauce! Cheese adds a whole dimension to the pizza and plus; lots of calcium to make your bones stronger. It is rather enjoyable when the cheese strings off the pizza! [engineous]

I actually do this weird thing where I scrape off the cheese first and eat the pizza plain. If I'm still hungry, I eat the cheese - if not, I toss the cheese or give it to someone who does like cheese.
