Everytime when we talk about pizza toppings, CHEESE is like a must item, no cheese? --> no pizza! Have you ever eaten a pizza without cheese? Do you think it tastes any good without cheese? I never tried one and I would prefer lots of lots of cheese instead!rasp

I prefer the cheese, to please. It would taste awful bland without it. Besides, the ooey gooey long stringy stuff is fun on the end of your chin. Not really, but cheese is what makes the pizza :) [geminikid]

I have had pizza without cheese, however, I would rather eat pizza with a lot of cheese than no cheese. Cheese on the pizza brings out the other flavors of the toppings and sauce. [texasheartland]
I like plain cheese pizza best, and sometimes I like it with toppings, but I have also had a very delicious pizza before without cheese. It was a frozen pizza from Amy's with wheat crust, sweet brown onion sauce, mushrooms, peppers, and artichoke. I use to have a friend who was allergic to cheese and so when ever he ordered a pizza it had to be cheeseless. I tried a slice once and it just didn't taste right, not having warm stringy cheese on it, tasted pretty boring to be honest. So for me a pizza has to have lashings of cheese on it, the more the better and as many varieties of cheese as well rather than just mozarella. [thedailyclick]

Oh yes! Where I grew up in Jersey there was a pizzeria that had a pesto pie. The crust was covered in pesto sauce then you could get shrimp, chicken, spinach,broccoli and some other things on it. We always went for a serf and turf version with shrimp and chicken. Oh now I miss Jersey. [OpinionatedLady]

Hello Ivy. I am like you too. I want lots of cheese in my pizza. My favorites are vegetarian and hawaiian, and that's with lots of cheese. The servers at the pizza shop I go to often know me well now, and wouldn't even ask me any more whether I wanted with cheese or not ! Ha ha ! [greenline]
Yes I have I use to get pizza without cheese because my dermatologist told me I could not eat cheese until my skin cleared up but I loved pizza so I just ordered it without cheese was not bad at all. [JennaeCooper]

no but it sounds really really gross. my little brother he weird he puts jelly on his waffles. and he takes the cheese off his pizza then eats it all. then comes back later and eats the cheeseless cold pizza i think its pretty weird. i don't understand kids. or anyone else who would do that. and yes i prefer my pizza with chesse as well. unless the cheese less pizza has alot of sauce on it. i don't think i will eat it. I love pizzas but I can't take too much cheese, so I'd look for pizza but lesser cheese. It tastes as good. I think it depends on the ingredients used and how pizzas are prepared. Hmm, I wonder if Italians put cheese in their pizzas :) [kevchua]

I cannot remember having a pizza without a cheese and I could not imagine myself eating pizza without cheese either. I think what makes a pizza delicious is the cheese in it. Less cheese on top of a pizza is less delicious than one which is loaded with lots of pizza. [dorisday1971]

Ingredients: 4 cups of wheat flour, white 2 cups of wheat germ 1 dessert spoon of salt 1 ½ tablespoon of instant yeast biological 5 tablespoon of canola oil 1 teaspoon of soybean lecithin Warm water Method of Preparation: In a bowl mix the flour, white wheat, the wheat germ, salt and yeast. Add the oil and lecithin, mix well. Gradually add the warm water go up to the point. Let the soft mass. Love well. Open mass with a roll, if necessary powder to flour not stick. Having put in a pizza for coated. Mix all ingredients well and spread the stuffing on the mass of the pizza. Decorate the cover. Let grow and light the oven for roasting. Filling of Palmito: 3 tomatoes minced 2 onions chopped ½ cup of chopped olives 2 glasses of palm 1 teaspoon dried basil 3 tablespoon of olive oil Salt and oregano to taste Method of Preparation: In a bowl mix all ingredients and making a salad. yes! I used to be vegan and would order them like this all the time. I would ask them for the dough, sauce, and veggies - but NO cheese. It was quite funny. Now that I'm not vegan, and eat dairy, I can't say that it was actually GOOD tasting - but I think I mainly wanted to prove to myself that I could continue eating at "normal" places without too much sacrifice.
