alot of people i talk to say they dont like mushrooms especially on pizza, is this true, well the only way to tell is see how many people tell me on mylot, well......do you like mushrooms?

How can someone not like mushrooms? Yes, I do often top my pizza with mushrooms. I am picky though. I only have mushroom pizza when I make it myself because I do not like the taste of canned mushrooms on pizza, they end up tasting like rubber. [razcal2267]

I love mushrooms. I like them raw or cooked and I love them on pizza. There really are a lot of people out there that don't like mushrooms. I think that part of it is that they can't get over the fact that mushrooms are a fungus and it seems wrong to eat them. But they're so good. [maybebaby]

I LOVE mushrooms. They're one of my most favorite additions to make any food great. Freshly sliced over salad, sauteed with onions over beef, steamed with other veggies, and even on pizza! I love when pizza places cover their pizzas with thick slices of mushroom - those are the greatest! But, I hate pizza companies that slice their mushrooms as thin as a piece of paper (like Round Table Pizza) and spread it sparingly over the pizza.. I enjoy the taste - gives the meal an extra "umph." Hehehe. So count me in! I'm one of the MyLot users that LOVE mushrooms :D Hehehe! [AiMee02]

i love them in quiches, start off with frying the onions bacon and mushrooms, whilst thats cooking make the pastry fit around the dish, making sure you butter it first. crack 5 eggs into a bowl and whisk with 100 ml of milk, put it ontop of the pastry in the bowl and cover with cheese. put it in the oven at 220c for 25 mins and voila, a lovely tasting quiche. the mushrooms are lovely in it!!!
