There's a good pizza place a few blocks from my apt., so I usually pick something up from there and take it home. Sometimes I'll put some extra veggies on it at home. alongwith some spices. [Idlewild]

I like to eat it in a restaurant once in a while but mostly, I like to make it at home. There is only three of us at home but all like different pizza so much easier and cheaper to customize to everyone's tastes at home. I never did this until I got my bread machine about a year ago. It takes alot of time and work out of making the dough so we are able to have homemade pizza more often than we used to. Our Walmart has an inexpensive non-frozen pizza that is pretty tasty. They come two to a package which is just right for the 3 of us. They take less than 10 minutes to cook so it makes a good "quick" meal. (Sometimes I will throw a salad together to go with it.) It is quick and easy to add the special toppings each of us likes and a little extra cheese. I put them right on the oven rack and the crust comes out really good. [prismrainbow]
I prefer going out for pizza, in the end by the time you buy all the ingredients you can get it just as cheap when you go out if you go to the right places. [Metallion]
I honestly quite enjoy making my own pizza. My other half & me enjoy making our own dough or just rolling the dough out & being able to put the toppings we want to on the pizza. I like to experiment at home with my own recipes or recipes I am able to find. I guess for me there is something that is so satisfying about being able to provide not only for myself, but my other half. I like taking control of my own needs/wants. But I as well don't mind ordering out every once in a while for pizza. Sometimes a person just doesn't want to cook. Sadly I don't find a lot of places worth mine & my other halfs service though. I find a lot of pizza places don't make pizza quite as good as they used to. And once me & my other half have found a good pizza place to get delivery from we stick to it. Since it's difficult enough finding a place that makes good pizza these days it seems. But nonetheless I enjoy cooking & being able to put my own toppings on the pizza I am making. [babyhar]

It all depends. I will eat pizza in a resturant if it is not a 'pizza joint'. Is I go to a bar type of casual dining resturant I may order pizza if I am in the mood. When I am ordering a pizza I will get delivery, because I am usually busy and I don't have time to pick-up. If I do choose the pick-up option I will have my husband go! I make pizza with my nieces and nephews as a fun activity. I have them make their own mini pizzas in the morning and cook them for lunch. They love to do that! So I do all 3! [LindseyBishop13101]

Actually it depends on mood. Sometime my mom makes pizza at home and we enjoy alot me my mom and my whole family and sometime we prefer to go outside and we have pizza in dinner and some time we order pizza for delievery and had the ready made pizza as our dinner. hey.. I was eating Pizza outside for a long time.. Recently, i saw one of my friend making that at home and it is as deliciuos as it is in Pizza Hut.. I started making at home after that and i am happy now... I will tell ya.. Its a huge job to buy all that stuff, make it, bake it and then eat it. It is worth the effort but not the money.. Restaurant pizzas are the best. Lately I've gotten into thin crust and stuffed crust pizzas. I think Gino's, Dominos and Pizza Hut are the best. I'm too lazy to travel half way across town for it so I normally have it deliverd. If it was close by I would pre-order for pickup. I'll only make pizzas myself if I have my young cousins and family members over. This makes for a fun learning activity for them. I don't mind making pizzas because it's mostly an activity for the kids. The home made tastes good, but I'm all about crust and dip options, and the restaurants seem to have the advantage there. You know, I really want to say free home delivery, as has always been my favourite, but, the experience has been awful the last while since our local pizza place changed owners and the swedish language is second. The result is that the pizza is NOT always what you asked for AND the pizza has been cold every time and we have waited an hour. Too bad, the only one in the area and they just say , jaja when you try to explain something about directions. O well, so guess what, suddenly going to the next town and eating piping hot pizza in a little Italian place doesn't sound so bad, does it? [fjaril]
