Which of this two Italian foods you're always craving for? Pizza or pasta? Well for me I will choose pasta, why? I love italian food! especially spaghetti, lasagna, baked mac, carbonara. i love pizza too, but if im going to choose between the two, i will still choose pasta! How about you guyz?

I am not really a big pizza lover myself. But I do enjoy a slice now and then. So for me I would go for pasta. (= Why? well because its so versatile, you can practicly have it with anything near enough, and adding some kind of pasta sauce to it and you have a meal right there! I keep Pasta in my cupboard at home,and it's always there as an option at mealtimes when i'm deciding what to cook or need to shop for..Pizza,on the other hand,for Me is an Impulse thing! Either I decide when out shopping that THERE's a good offer on a frozen pizza,or at home,it'll be "I haven't had pizza in ages,I'm gonna order Me some!!" so in the craving stakes,it's Pizza by a nose for Me.. i love pizza much more than pasta,droolthe reason behind might be that i do not know the real method to prepare it,it has a way lot of methods and in my country their is not much good chefs who can make good pastas ,pizzas are more popular here ,restaurants like dominos ,pizza hut are really common here i really like to eat their pizza it really melts in the mouth they know the technique to prepare it and also the expierience the are really expert in their jobs they know when to add toppings and other things like that.well about pasta if you order a pasta here you will only get a plate pasta and the pasta tastes yuck!i hope to eat a pasta by a good chef thanks for asking.take carehappy [jijomathew]

Pizza or pasta? When confronted with a choice I will always choose the pasta. Pasta, any type of pasta, is my favorite food. I try to eat it every day. I may eat a pizza once every two months or so but it really doesn't compare to my pasta. When I choose the pizza it is usually for the convenience of ordering and having a quick delivery. I have tons of pasta recipes, mostly in my head, and like to make one up for my main meal of the day. I usually start with saute of onions, garlic and mushrooms and add some fresh veggies for a quick stir-fry to combine with the pasta. It really doesn't make any difference what sort of pasta I use. I would choose pasta because first it's very easy to cook and you don't need an oven to cook it like spaghetti,salad etc. except for the baked macaroni.I find it hard following instruction on how to cook the pizza maybe i am afraid that i might do something wrong.Because once i tried making a cake maybe you find it silly that i don't know how to make cake but i don't first because of the instruction on the oven the pre heat thing and second instruction on how to make the cake. I crave for both!!! ahahaha. But I would prefer pasta over pizza as I feel more full after eating compared to more pizzas. I have two top choices when it comes to Pastas, Carbonara and Fettucine. I'd rollover just get a nice plate of either of those. You know California Pizza Kitchen right? The pastas are excellent!!! You should try it out sis. lol I do notice that I like the way how the sauce was made. Magnifico! It's so creamy and tasty. There is one restaurant though that made a very bad job in making carbonara. Max's. I guess they should stay with chickens. lol It was really bad. Me, too! I will always choose pasta over pizza. I think there are times pizza is a bit greasy and it's just like eating bread, whereas pasta is like eating a good meal. I love pizza, too (it's one of my favorite foods), however, pasta is on top of my favorite foods list. [janujennifer]

I'd pick pizza over pasta any day. I can't seem to find a tomato sauce that I like enough to put on pasta. And I'm really picky about how al dente the pasta is cooked. It's just easier to order pizza- no one can really mess it up and you can always create your own combinations to mix it up. [falconjetter]
when my mom is making a spaghetti, she's using a banana ketchup plus tomato sauce & it's delicious.. my friends can't get enough of eating spaghetti hehehe.. mama mia :D [jinxky]

I like both pasta and pizza. However, if faced with a choice I would pick the pasta plate hands down. I really enjoy pasta sauce and spaghetti. I usually like to have rigatonis or some other kind of pasta shell. I enjoy it with parmesan cheese also. I like to enjoy pasta at least once a week as a family dinner. [bamakelly]

I would say it's an even split for me, depending on the type of pasta in question. Lazania or Shells I'd take over pizza, but I'd take pizza over spagetti and meatballs. [jsmith12]

i prefer pasta.. in particular pasta cooked into the oven, like lasagne. i love pizza, but not as i love pasta... in particular spaghetti because they absorb tomato sauce very well... more than penne or fusilli... i love lasagne too, and i would like to learn to cook them because i don't want to buy industrial lasagne... industrial ones are not as good as homemade ones.. it take a lot of time, but i want to try!! i will try soon, but not now because it is a winty dish [JoMarch]

My grandmother was italian and she used to cook all these delicious things for me. What I remember the most is her bolognaise sauce for pasta O my god so delicious and I'm on my way to learn to do it the same way actuallu.Who knows,one day I will make you try lol My mom can make delicious lasagna and the thing she makes the best is canelloni,do you know about it?It's a sort of lasagna but even better than that.
