I've been hearing arguments for so long so now I'm bringing it here. Why Pizza? Why Pasta? Give us a reason why you prefer one over the other.

Pizza and pasta has similarities, but they are in total opposite categories, and are both equally delicious in certain situations. Pasta would not taste as good as pizza if I were to be at a party with friends, and pizza would not taste as good as pasta if I were to go out to dinner with my partner. These two different foods can signify different types of social situations, more formal and more casual, or it can be convenient or more thought out, it depends on what you are doing and what you are going for. Both are great foods and I could never pick and choose between them, so I let the social situation make the decision for me, and that is the best way to decide which is better at that time. But for me to decide right now which is better would be insane, I could not favor one over the other unless if I was in a situation qualifying me to do so hehe. I like them both, but I have pizza much more often. I like the stuffed crust pizza from Digeorno. I don't order pizza.. it's just too expensive when I can have better pizza at home. [OreoCookie3]
Hi jaredsquall! happy. This is a difficult. Can I choose both? I love both pasta and pizza. Please don't make me choose just one of them. lol. I love both of it. My favorite pasta is spaghetti and favorite pizza is anything that has pineapple on it. lol. I choose both of it probably because it has similar ingredients. Like the tomato sauce and the pizza sauce. I also love pizza that has lots of cheese as well as in spaghetti. [yuna15]

I dont perfer one over the other. I love both of them. If in a hurry, I will go towards ordering pizza~ just easier for a quick meal. Pasta takes longer to make, and longer to clean up after. Tonight my daughter and I wanted something nice and warm for dinner so we ordered pasta out. We don't do that too often. It was yum! Tomorrow night it will probably be pizza. [sunshine4]

if i could eat pizza i would choose that as i love cheese, but i have developed dairy allergy and so i can not eat it anymore, there fore i go for the pasta. its more filling and also can be healthier. i love spaghetti bolognese and pasta, tuna and light mayo with chopped fresh tomotoes. [jarael]

I like pasta more because it is easier to eat(pasta is softer) especially when pizzas are large(each slices is relatively big as well) plus its sagging on the tip(the toppings might fall). I imagine eating pizza with the cutlery(in the philippines it is so funny to watch), I think that would be extra complicated. [20021114476]

PLus, they can be very filling and i just love the taste of all pastas.. lol As for pizza, i like their toppings more than the crust, and though there are alot of choices to choose from, but i will only eat either pepperoni or hawaiian pizza.. haha ^_^ ANd once i eat, i will find it hard to stop, because i can finish off a large pan pizza all by myself, with lots of parmesan cheese and chilli flakes.. lol BUt if i really have to choose, i will go for pasta still.. haha [kun2349]
That question did you like or not and you have a choice which did you like more It is not an easy question because in my case i have a gut feeling or there seems to be chemistry and i have no answer for it. As for me, I prefer eating pizza than pasta because I'm not a pasta lover, only few pasta that I really like. Unlike pizza, I really love eating it, especially if it's too meaty and cheesy and got stuffed crust. A few years ago I would have said pizza, as I used to eat rather a lot of it. But over the years I've gone off it a bit. It doesn't taste so healthy now and it's just not as exciting as I used to find it. Guess the novelty's just worn off a bit, lol! Over the same years I've discovered many different kinds of pasta that you can eat (or make yourself), by adding different ingredients you can make it just as exciting or even more exciting than pizza, and you get the texture of the pasta too. I am a pasta lover since forever so that would always be my first choice. It is filling and a comfort food for me, I think. And there are so many flavors AND different sauces you can use with pasta's. Cream sauces as well as tomato sauces. Where pizza can have many different ingredients, but it is always the same basic sauce and base. That's a difficult choice to make. I love them both but guess I will have to say pasta since there are so many ways to make pasta. I love all the noodles. Prefer red sauce versus white sauce. I also really like pasta con broccoli in red sauce without mushrooms. I can eat pasta every night. [carolbee]
I like Pasta more because I take into consideration the details of the sauce. In pasta you can try three different types of sauce the tomato-based, olive oil-based and cream based. I am a fan of tomato-based pasta. Also, the noodles can vary like you can have penne or flat noodles.happy [tryxiness]

I really love pasta over pizza. Pasta makes a lot of good delights and of course, pasta covers my favorite food. I personally like chicken salad which is consist of pasta. I really love it when my mom says that she would cook it especially in some very special occasions. [efemtee]
Actually for me it is a though decision... sometimes I choose pizza, but sometimes I choose pasta.. I like them both and everytime I have to choose I think real hard to finally make a decision for pizza or pasta but most of the tie pizza win.. Well, with the answer I am going to give, you will think I am crazy but maybe I just have weird tastes. I don't like pizza and so I prefer pasta. However, I don't like my pasta to be cooked in the traditional manner. I like it to be boiled, drained, and then warmed up again in milk and sugar. PASTAAAAAA!!!, although not the italian one, in simple sauce, I like it with carrots, onion,paprika and some tomato sauce! IT'S DELICIOUS!!!! Well for me it depends on the mood, I love pasta but it's a meal that is fulfilling a sit down with your family enjoy the company get full and relax. I love pizza to but it's a dont have time to cook, craving something greasy, watching movies with kids type meal.
