Today morning when I was at one of the fast food restaurant and
most of the peoples asked the waiter to provide the hot pizza and never
requested cold pizza. Any reasons ?

hi binthu hot pizza is preferred by most people as the heat brings out the flavors of the toppings and the tomato sauce also. But I like it hot, and later if I have some left over in my refrigerator I will eat it cold and it tastes really good to me. But nobody wants freshly made pizza cold in a cafe or restaurant, they want the flavors to really come out with the heat. cold pizza also if there is any fat in any of the ingredients it will congeal and for a lot of people just not taste as good as it was hot. Hi Vin, Perfectly right when the pizza is served in hot conditions which would give us good and nice smells of the ingredients of the pizza and also it would create the appetizer in the stomach to enjoy more and more. So freshly prepared pizza has more taste than the ready made one, that was the reasons all the peoples in the restaurants would ordered the fresh pizza because of the good and excellent taste. Hi May2, Many of the peoples would always prefer to have the hot and freshly prepared pizza from the restaurants because of the good taste and also it would gives us more and best smells which would create the good mentality to enjoy the taste of the pizza immediately, so the taste would be excellent. Pizza is designed to be served hot. So. from beginning people are habituated with hot mode. If this thing would start it's journey with a cold serve, probably....!! Hello Binthu. How are you ? I am a pizza addict. In fact, I would have pizza two or three times a week, lunch or dinner. I go to fast food restaurants too. Every time , I would have hot pizza. Here is the reason for me to prefer hot pizza. The meat and the crusts are softer in the hot pizza. In a cold pizza, the meat can be very tough and hard to bite. I am a big fan of eating,and I eat more than I should sometimes,and I am also a big fan of pizza,and if I could get away with it I would eat it twenty four seven,because it is that good,and I like my pizza hot especially when it is fresh because it tastes the best that way,even though pizza is good reheated as well,and I do not really like pizza cold and there is only one time I remember eating pizza cold and liking it and it was many many years ago,and it was Dominoes I believe and I was eating small piece after small piece when we were at a friend of my parents house. I've never heard of cold pizza, but maybe this is just a cultural difference or something. NO ONE ever orders "cold pizza"; if their pizza is cold it's usually by some mistake - like it wasn't cooked long enough (by accident). But some times we can not serve the hot pizza to the small kids and children because they may experienced too hot and felt some thing different and would not mind to eat that, so on that condition we should give them cold pizza or medium level hot pizza . So we all are always prefer to have the hot pizza, but in some condition we need to give medium hot pizza to small kids and children in order to enjoy by them, otherwise it is too difficlt for them to enjoy the pizza with very hot condition. This is an easy question. Hot pizza is easy to chew whereas cold pizza is hard. Hot pizza have better flavour. When food is cold, you hardly smell any flavour. [joandevil]

Obviously people prefer to eat their food freshly cooked. YOu would not go all the way to a restaurant just to be served something that has been sitting around for a couple of hours. It is practically the same reason why you would like to have everything else served to you hot off the grill. If cold pizza suits your taste and you cannot find a restaurant that will serve you cold pizza, then maybe you can try putting one up. Like a restaurant where you do cook pizza but only serve those that has been sitting around for at least an hour. maybe you could even put in a special pizza that has been in a fridge overnight. Hot pizza is the best. The cheese is tangy and give out the great aroma which make it very appetizing. The crust is crispy while it is hot make it extra delicious. Once cold, the cheese taste like rubber. No ones want to pay an expensive rubberise pizza.lol That's why many pizza company especially Pizza Hut and Dominos Pizza advertise that their pizza deliveries is special, that we will receive the pizza hot and crispy just like fresh from the oven.
